The present disclosure relates to a method of facilitating operator concentration on one among a plurality of operator workstation screens (7a-7c) of a control and monitoring system (1), wherein the method is performed by the control and monitoring system (1) and comprises: detecting which of the plurality of screens that an operator (13) is focused on, where the screen on which the operator (13) is focused is a first screen (7a), displaying information on the first screen (7a) in a focal display state with a high degree of detail, and displaying (35) information on at least a second screen (7b, 7c), which is different from the first screen, in a peripheral display state with a lower degree of detail than the focal display state.
