The method comprises: classifying, according to content of information to be pushed, the information to be pushed to obtain classification information; acquiring user behavior information of users, and grouping the users into several user groups according to the user behavior information to obtain user grouping information, wherein the user behavior information is behavior information in a user interaction process, and the user grouping information is information of the grouping of the users; and matching information to be pushed of a corresponding classification in the classification information according the user grouping information, and pushing the information to be pushed to the users in the user groups. Also correspondingly provided are a user-group-based message pushing apparatus and a computer device. By means of the user-group-based message pushing method and apparatus, and the computer device, the accuracy of pushing information to be pushed can be improved, thereby improving the efficiency of pushing the information to be pushed, and preventing ineffective pushing or negative pushing that is counter-productive.
