Provided are a magnetic-resonance arterial spin labeling perfusion imaging quality-control phantom and evaluation method, said magnetic-resonance arterial spin labeling perfusion imaging quality-control phantom comprising: a phantom main body (1); a container (2), the container (2) being internally provided with circulating liquid; a tube, said tube comprising a first tube (4) and a second tube (5); one end of the first tube (4) is in communication with the container (2), and the other end is in communication with the liquid inlet of the phantom main body (1); one end of the second tube (5) is in communication with the container (2), and the other end is in communication with the liquid outlet of the phantom main body (1); the first tube (4), the phantom main body (1), the second tube (5), and the container (2) collectively form a closed-loop circuit; a pump (3), arranged on the first tube (4) and used for driving the circulating liquid to circulate along the closed-loop circuit, generating a perfusion signal in the phantom main body (1).
