Disclosed in the present invention are a smart hotspot scattering method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a computer device. The disclosed method comprises: on the basis of an artificial intelligence learning model, learning a URL request volume curve and predicting a URL request volume; determining a URL having a URL predicted request volume greater than or equal to a first predetermined request volume threshold corresponding to said URL to be a first URL, and executing a first hotspot scattering operation on the URL; and determining a URL having an unpredictable request volume and having an actual request volume greater than or equal to a second predetermined request volume threshold corresponding to said URL to be a second URL, and executing a second hotspot scattering operation on the URL. The disclosed technical solution can automatically predict non-burst hotspot URL requests and thereby perform the first scattering operation in advance, and can perform the second scattering operation on unpredictable burst hotspot URL requests, accelerating the processing of hotspot services.
