The objective of the present invention is to evaluate a reduction in work efficiency relating to target work. This work efficiency evaluating method includes: a step of reading, from a storage unit (13), model data for evaluating the efficiency of work, said model data generated on the basis of operation data relating to the work and including a prescribed work time and amount of work; a step of calculating degrees of influence on the reduction in work efficiency, on the basis of data relating to the time required for the work and the amount of work, by means of the model data; and a step of evaluating the reduction in work efficiency in accordance with the degrees of influence.
