The invention relates to concrete surfaces which are cast in situ. The present road surface is configured of three successively laid cement concrete layers, wherein metal tubes containing a heating cable are arranged symmetrically and equidistantly along the interface between the top and middle layers such as to lie transverse to the road; the top layer has a minimum possible thickness; the middle layer contains hollow aluminosilicate microspheres; the heating cable is connected to an electrical network by fastening with the aid of clamping threaded fasteners in through openings in a perforated metal busbar having a square cross section, which runs along a gutter and is secured at the lowest point thereof using DIN insulators; a rubber seal is mounted along the entire length of the gutter, above the side wall thereof adjacent the road surface, said seal having horizontal through openings through which the metal tubes containing the heating cable pass; the inner part of the gutter is lined with a heat insulating material; the metal tubes are joined into an earthing circuit by fastening in through openings in a perforated metal busbar; and plates made of an electrically insulating plastic are mounted on the side walls of the gutter, along the entire length thereof, said plates conforming with the inner profile of the gutter such that a gap is formed between the heat insulating material and the plates to allow passage of the heating cable for connection to the metal busbars. The road surface is configured in the form of parallel strips, the width of which is equal to the distance between planned longitudinal temperature expansion seams. The upper cement concrete layer has a minimum possible thickness. The sheet heat insulating material lining the bottom of the water drainage gutter is of flammability class F1 or NF (non-flammable). A protective grating is fastened above the water drainage gutter by an anchor bolt. In the strips of the road surface, the metal tubes are connected to one another by being coupled inside metal sleeves having a circular cross section, the inside diameter of which is equal to the outside diameter of the tubes. The metal tubes, the busbars and the sleeves are made of copper or aluminium.
