The present invention concerns a semi-persistent scheduling method of machine-type communications specifically for cellular devices and a system employing the same method. Three algorithmic methods act in cooperation with allocating the smartest and fastest possible incarnations of resource handling in a cellular network setting, exploiting the inherent periodicity of the machine-2-machine communication taking place; a high priority cluster takes precedence over another cluster, before assigned to Unit Frequency Bands with a given width any device with a set priority according to whose quality-of-service requirement allocation is executed thereon.
