The present invention is directed to an oxygen concentration measurement device for measuring the concentration of oxygen concentrated by an oxygen concentrator. The oxygen concentration measurement device comprises: a heating unit configured to heat enriched gas obtained by removing nitrogen from air and concentrating oxygen therein using an oxygen concentration means that concentrates oxygen; output units arranged side-by-side with the heating unit therebetween and configured to produce outputs on the basis of the temperature of the enriched gas; a thermal conductivity calculation unit configured to calculate the thermal conductivity of the enriched gas on the basis of the outputs from the output units; and an oxygen concentration calculation unit configured to calculate the concentration of the oxygen contained in the enriched gas relative to the thermal conductivity of the enriched gas calculated by the thermal conductivity calculation unit. The enriched gas includes initial enriched gas and air, and the concentration of the oxygen contained in the enriched gas relative to the thermal conductivity of the enriched gas is calculated on the basis of the thermal conductivity and oxygen concentration of the initial enriched gas, and the thermal conductivity and oxygen concentration of the air.
