The present invention pertains to: a method for inspecting cell images in conjunctivas using a fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic; a method for diagnosing ocular lesions and detecting the efficacy of an ocular lesion treatment agent using same, and an apparatus for same for inspecting cell images in conjunctivas, wherein goblet cells of ocular conjunctivas are stained with Moxifloxacin, which is a type of fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic, and fluorescence images of the stained goblet cells are captured by single-photon excitation in the near-ultraviolet or visible light region, thus making it possible to obtain morphological information about living tissue without damaging or destroying ocular conjunctivas. To this end, the present invention provides a method for inspecting cell images in conjunctivas using a fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic, the method characterized by comprising: a conjunctiva-staining step for staining an ocular conjunctiva with a fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic; a light irradiation step for irradiating the fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic-stained ocular conjunctiva with light emitted from a light source unit; and a conjunctiva-imaging step for using an imaging unit to image the ocular conjunctiva through the fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic fluorescence-excited by light in the light irradiation step, wherein the fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic stains goblet cells of the ocular conjunctiva in the conjunctiva-staining step, the light source unit outputs a single photon in the light irradiation step, and the imaging unit for imaging the ocular conjunctiva in the conjunctiva-imaging step is a high-magnification fluorescence microscope or a slit lamp microscope.
