Disclosed are a capacitor calibration circuit, a capacitor calibration method and a battery management system. The circuit comprises: a first switch module (S1), one end of the first switch module (S1) being connected to a positive electrode of a power battery and the other end being connected to one end of a second switch module (S2) and one end of a capacitor module (C1) respectively; a capacitor module (C1), the other end thereof being connected to one end of a sampling module (H); a sampling module (H), the other end thereof being connected to one end of a signal generation module (S); a signal generation module (S), the other end thereof being connected to a power supply ground for outputting signals at a predetermined frequency; a second switch module (S2), the other end thereof being connected to the power supply ground; and a processing module (P), used for obtaining, when the first switch module (S1) is in an open state and the second switch module (S2) is in a closed state, a calibration capacitance value of the capacitor module (C1) according to a first sampling signal collected from one end of the sampling module (H), a second sampling signal collected from one end of the signal generation module (S) and a predetermined frequency. The described circuit realizes calibration of the capacitance value of the capacitor module (C1).
