Provided is an anti-slip member for an article of equipment or sport gear, the anti-slip member being constituted by an elastic element comprising an elastomer and a hydrogel, at least a portion of the hydrogel being dispersed on the surface of the elastic element. Also provided is an article of equipment and an article of sport gear provided with the anti-slip member.
