[Problem] To provide a technology for acquiring a risk which should be taken into account. [Solution] Provided is a risk acquisition system which acquires a risk that a vehicle may contact a mobile body. The risk acquisition system comprises: a mobile body detection unit which detects the mobile body present in the vicinity of the vehicle; a reference trajectory acquisition unit which acquires a reference trajectory that is a trajectory in a circumstance of the vehicle being caused to move along a road; and a risk acquisition unit which acquires a risk that the vehicle may contact the mobile body. If the vehicle and the mobile body not present in the reference trajectory approach within a predetermined distance by carrying out an estimated action within a predetermined period after the present time, the risk acquisition unit acquires the mobile body not present in the reference trajectory as the risk.
