In optical fiber sensors, sensor signals obtained differ according to the circumstances of installation, in locations being observed, of optical fibers serving as sensors, and it is difficult to perform accurate measurements. Therefore, this sensor signal processing device has: a fluctuation amount calculation means that receives a sensor signal based on diffuse light of a light pulse propagating through an optical fiber, the fluctuation amount calculation means calculating a fluctuation amount from a reference value of the sensor signal; and a standardization processing means that standardizes the fluctuation amount within a prescribed period of time and calculates a standardized fluctuation amount.
