Provided are a detection kit, a device, and a detection method for uterine leiomyosarcoma. This kit and this device for detecting uterine leiomyosarcoma each include a nucleic acid capable of specifically binding with miRNA or a complementary strand thereof contained in a sample obtained from a subject. This method for detecting uterine leiomyosarcoma comprises measuring said miRNA, in vitro.
