In method for optimization of the automatic setting of sensing parameters in the photographic device to generate image data from the 3D objects: - in the first step, the 3D object is sensed by a 3D sensing unit, resulting in the sensing of digital image information about the 3D object; - in a second step, the sensed digital image information of the 3D object is processed by the software and the data outputs of the processing of the sensed digital image information of the 3D object are optimal focal length and/or focus sensing parameters for setting of the value and/or arrangement of at least one sensing part of the photographic camera; - in the third step, the optimal sensing parameters for setting of the value and/or the arrangement of the at least one sensing part of the photographic camera are used to set value and/or the arrangement of the at least one sensing part of the photographic camera; - in the fourth step, the photographic device with optimally set sensing parameters for setting of the value and/or arrangement of at least one sensing part of the photographic camera senses the 3D object with the output of generated image data from the 3D objects. The photographic device for generating the image data from 3D objects is innovatively solved so that it comprises the 3D sensing unit (5.2) which is connected via a data link to camera (5.1) movably placed on an annular track (3).
