Disclosed is an indoor unit conflict control method for an air-conditioning system. The method is used for controlling the air-conditioning system, and comprises the following steps: obtaining current operating states of all indoor units; and under the condition that the current operating states of the indoor units conflict with one another, outputting indoor unit information of conflicts of the current operating states, wherein the indoor unit information comprises at least one of indoor unit identification parameters, position parameters, and the operating states. Further disclosed are the air-conditioning system, a terminal, and a computer readable storage medium. According to the present application, by actively monitoring the indoor unit conflicts and outputting the indoor unit information of the conflicts of the current operating states, a user can directly determine the indoor units of which the current operating states conflict on the basis of the output indoor unit information, then the conflicts of the indoor units of an air conditioner are relieved, the operating process is convenient and rapid, and labor costs are lowered.
