A regression test case determining method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a test analysis request, wherein the test analysis request comprises the ID of a version to be tested (S201); based on the ID of the version to be tested, obtaining the code of the version to be tested corresponding to the ID of the version to be tested from a code repository (S202); using a version control tool to perform code analysis on the code of the version to be tested so as to obtain a code modification hot region (S203); performing code defect filtering on the code modification hot region to obtain a code defect distribution hot region (S204); and using an analytic hierarchy process to perform analysis on the code modification hot region and the code defect distribution hot region to obtain a target test case (S205). By means of the method, when a regression test is subsequently performed according to the target test case, the repeated redundancy of a workload can be effectively reduced, and unnecessary labor waste is also reduced, and the software quality of the regression test is guaranteed.
