Disclosed are a public account management method, a communication group interaction method, and a corresponding device and system. The public account management method comprises: reviewing, in response to an account creation request made by a requesting member to create a public account for a communication group to which the member belongs, a corresponding permission granted to the requesting member; and upon determining, by means of reviewing, that the requesting member is permitted to create the public account, creating the public account for the communication group. Thus, the method enables quick and easy creation of a public account for a communication group, and provides technical support for members of the communication group to jointly maintain, manage, and supervise the public account.
