A two-bus based low-power-consumption data synchronization method and system. Said method is applied to a two-bus based low-power-consumption data synchronization system. Said system comprises a master device, at least one slave device and a two-bus communication circuit connecting the master device and each slave device, each slave device entering a dormant state periodically. Said method comprises: after the slave device ends the dormant state, the slave device performing data detection (S11); the slave device determining whether there is a data transmitting request of the master device (S12): if so, the slave device receiving transmitted data and processing same (S13), and if not, the slave device determining whether data burst is needed (S14): if so, the slave device performing data burst processing (S15), and if not, the slave device entering a dormant state in a regular manner (S16). Said method is based on a bus arbitration mechanism, so that the slave device on two buses can actively send data information to the master device by reporting a data uploading request, effectively reducing the communication delay; and in addition, the slave device does not always need to be in a working state, effectively reducing energy consumption.
