The invention discloses a fluorescence signal acquisition device and a fluorescence signal acquisition system comprising same, used for acquiring fluorescence signals on a sample film. The fluorescence signal acquisition device comprises: an excitation light source, used for exciting the sample film to generate fluorescence signals; a housing, in which a sample film is provided; a photosensitive element, provided inside the housing and used for receiving fluorescence signals and converting the fluorescence signals into electrical signals; and a filter element, provided above and/or below the sample film and located above the photosensitive element, and used for filtering interference light emitted by the excitation light source on the surface of the sample film and the surface of the photosensitive element. According to the fluorescence signal acquisition device and the fluorescence signal acquisition system comprising same, fluorescence signals on the sample film can be obtained by means of disposing the sample film and the photosensitive element a short distance from each other during contact imaging, thereby reducing the loss of fluorescence signals, enhancing signal sharpness, ensuring the accuracy of output signals, improving testing efficiency, and presenting great application value.
