Provided in the present invention are a dummy antenna structure and a millimetre wave antenna array. The dummy antenna structure comprises: multi-layer dielectric plates arranged sequentially from bottom to top; a radiating unit arranged on the top layer dielectric plate and used for radiating antenna signals; a feed unit (20) arranged in the multi-layer dielectric plates; and a load structure (30) arranged on at least one layer dielectric plate at the bottom and being matched and connected to a feed port of the feed unit (20), the load structure (30) being a microstrip to SIW transmission structure. By means of said improvements, the dummy antenna structure and the millimetre wave antenna array have a good matching effect in the frequency band, and the radiation is low; the radiation pattern of the antenna unit will not be affected in the coplanar feed structure, multiple reflections in the back cavity will not be caused in the back feed structure, and the effect on the amplitude phase consistency is small.
