A system for increasing the steam temperature of a waste incinerator by utilizing a leachate marsh gas, comprising a leachate treatment device (1), a marsh gas purification device (2), a gas furnace (3), a waste incineration exhaust heat furnace (4), a heat exchanger (5), an air preheater (6), a steam turbine generator (7), and a steam-air preheater (8). By heating the superheated steam of the waste incinerator using the high temperature flue gas generated by the marsh gas incineration, the marsh gas generated by the leachate is utilized reasonably, the local high temperature caused by the incineration of the marsh gas into the furnace is avoided, the occurrence of high-temperature corrosion is avoided, and the steam parameter of a waste incineration power plant is improved. By heating the primary air using the exhaust heat of the high temperature flue gas generated by the marsh gas incineration, the problem of low-temperature corrosion of the air preheater (6) is avoided, the amount of air drawn to heat the primary air by the waste incineration exhaust heat furnace (4) is saved, and the amount of steam for power generation is increased.
