Provided are a distance measurement method, a radar and a vehicle-borne radar. The method comprises: determining a pixel matrix according to a received echo signal (201); determining a first amplitude value set according to a first pixel point (202); determining a second pixel point according to the first pixel point (203); determining, according to the second pixel point, a second amplitude value set corresponding to the second pixel point (204); summing a target first amplitude value set and a target second amplitude value set (205); acquiring a target distance measurement set according to all the first amplitude value sets and all the second amplitude value sets (206); and carrying out distance measurement according to the target distance measurement set (207). Thus, the signal-to-noise ratio of the amplitude value set after accumulation is improved, and the distance measurement accuracy is improved.
