A mind map displaying method and device, an apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an edit operation for a mind map, wherein the edit operation is used to create an edit window comprising a hierarchy of nodes of the mind map; displaying the edit window for editing the nodes; and displaying an edited mind map, wherein the edited mind map comprises the nodes and node addition controls, the nodes comprise a parent node and child nodes, the child nodes and the node addition controls surround the parent node, and each node addition control is located between two adjacent child nodes. All of the nodes are edited using the edit window so as to improve the efficiency of node editing. Moreover, the child nodes surround the parent node to form an orbit-shaped mind map, in which the nodes can diverge in a hierarchical manner, so as to ensure the divergence of the mind map.
