Provided by the present invention is a light-sensing method for a flash-free light-sensing lamp, comprising the following steps: I. determining whether a pause period ends, if yes, entering a pause period, and if no, waiting for same to end and maintaining the configured light-emitting brightness; II. during the pause period, collecting external light information, and after the pause period ends, entering a new pause period; and III. according to the collected external light information, configuring the light-emitting brightness of the light-sensing lamp. Further provided by the present invention are a flash-free light-sensing lamp and a light-sensing control device, which can continuously emit light for illumination, thereby taking both light-emitting effect and the effectiveness of detection into consideration.
