WHITE LIGHT LED AND LAMP FOR HEALTHY LIGHTING

The present application relates to the technical field of semiconductor lighting, and specifically relates to a white light LED and a lamp for healthy lighting. The white light LED comprises a blue light chip and a fluorescent material stimulated by the blue light chip. The peak wavelength of the blue light chip is 470 to 480 nm. The fluorescent material comprises a yellow fluorescent powder having a peak wavelength between 540 nm and 560 nm and a red fluorescent powder having a peak wavelength between 600 nm and 660 nm, both being suitable for 470 to 480 nm stimulation. Or, the fluorescent material comprises a green fluorescent powder having a peak wavelength between 500 nm and 540 nm and a red fluorescent powder having a peak wavelength between 600 nm and 660 nm, both being suitable for 470 to 480 nm stimulation. The white light LED causes low blue light damage, exhibits high quantum efficiency under 470 to 480 nm stimulation, and can enhance white light LED luminous efficacy while guaranteeing a high LED color rendering index.
