The invention relates to energy management equipment for managing energy efficiently in a network in a simple, economic, maintenance-free manner, and which can be used easily for domestic and industrial applications. Also proposed is the system for managing energy in a network for domestic or industrial use, which comprises a source of energy consumption, a main energy network, an intermittent energy source, a secondary energy generation source and an energy storage device. Lastly, a method is proposed for managing energy by means of an optimisation model executed in the energy management equipment and system of the present invention.
