Provided are a visualization method and an electronic device for multi-source earth observation image processing, and a storage medium. The method comprises: according to the processing flow of the multi-source earth observation image, obtaining a plurality of sub-algorithms corresponding to the processing flow (S1); generating the graphic object corresponding to each sub-algorithm according to the processing flow (S2); associating the sub-algorithm with the graphic object through the model generator to generate a graphic object model (S3); connecting a plurality of graphic object models according to the processing flow, to generate a visualization model of the multi-source earth observation image (S4); visualizing the processing process of the multi-source earth observation image through the visualization model (S5). The method achieves the visualization of the processing process of the multi-source earth observation image, visually displays each processing step, and meets the requirement for visual integration of the processing process of the multi-source earth observation image in the mode that what you see is what you get.
