Disclosed are a simulation method based on collected laser shock data, and a peening quality control apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: peening a part (8) by means of a laser shock peening system; collecting a spot parameter generated during a peening process; detecting a three-dimensional deformation field, a strain field and a stress field of the part (8) so as to obtain measured data, and reversely obtaining a constitutive relationship of the part (8) in a high strain rate state; generating, according to the spot parameter and the constitutive relationship, a preliminary design for laser shock peening for the part (8); performing explicit finite element analysis of multi-spot laser shock peening on the preliminary design to acquire a numerical simulation resu and performing comparative analysis on the simulation result and the measured data, and if a calculated error value is outside of an allowed range, improving the preliminary design subjected to the finite element analysis until the error value is within the allowed range, and acquiring an optimal finite element model. According to the method, the result obtained by performing finite element simulation analysis will have a very high credibility. The control apparatus can thus meet the requirements for quality control very well.
