摘要
The present invention relates to a device for measuring the amount of perspiration with regard to each part of a human body by using a change in brightness and a method for measuring the amount of perspiration with regard to each part of a human body by using a change in brightness. The device according to the present invention comprises: a temperature adjustment means for inducing perspiration by increasing the body temperature of the subject; a coated member having a perspiration reagent applied thereto, the perspiration reagent contacting the subject's skin, absorbing sweat resulting from perspiration, and undergoing discoloration; a light-emitting means for emitting light to the coated member to identify discoloration after absorption of sweat resulting perspiration of the subject; a reflected light collecting means for collecting reflected light that is reflected from the coated member; a brightness change measurement means for measuring a change in the brightness of the reflected light collected by the reflected light collecting means before/after perspiration with regard to each part of the human body; and a perspiration amount conversion means for converting the change in brightness into an amount of perspiration with regard to each part of the human body. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: attaching a coated member to the subject's skin so as to contact same, the coated member having a perspiration reagent applied thereto, the perspiration reagent absorbing sweat resulting from perspiration and undergoing discoloration; emitting light to the coated member before perspiration; collecting reflected light that has been reflected from the coated member before perspiration; measuring the brightness of the reflected light collected before perspiration; inducing perspiration by increasing the body temperature of the subject; emitting light to the coated member that has absorbed sweat after perspiration and thus undergone discoloration; collecting reflected light that has been reflected from the coated member discolored after perspiration; measuring the brightness of the reflected light collected after perspiration; and converting a change in the brightness of the reflected light, before and after perspiration, into an amount of perspiration with regard to each part of the human body. The present invention is advantageous in that it is possible to specifically determine the state of each part of a human body and the degree of an autonomic nervous system anomaly through a quantitative determination of the specific amount of perspiration, beyond a determining whether or not perspiration occurs, without a complicated and detailed nervous system inspection that requires a much time and cost.
