A method for dealuminizing and desilicating a high-aluminum iron ore concentrate by using sodium roasting-water leaching, comprising the following steps: (1) finely grinding a high-aluminum iron ore concentrate; (2) mixing the high-aluminum iron ore concentrate powder and a sodium salt additive, adding water and a binder, mixing evenly, and manufacturing green balls by means of a pelletizing machine; (3) putting the green balls in a rotary kiln, and heating, oxidizing and roasting by using a spray gun, the temperature of a reaction section being 850 to 1100°C; (4) performing water quenching on the roasted ball material, then crushing and finely grinding; (5) putting same in water, stirring for water leaching, filtering and separating to obtain a water-leaching residue; and (6) drying to remove moisture, and obtaining a dealuminized iron ore concentrate. Thus, iron is efficiently separated from aluminum and silicon.
