A deep-sea polymetallic nodule mining operation system comprises a mining platform (1), an ore lifting riser system (2), a mining robot (3), and a bottom-supported ore transfer and processing center (5). The ore lifting riser system comprises an ore lifting riser (6) and a mud pump (13). A top end of the ore lifting riser is connected to the mining platform. A bottom end of the ore lifting riser is connected to the bottom-supported ore transfer and processing center by means of a universal joint. A multi-degree-of-freedom platform is provided in the bottom-supported ore transfer and processing center. A waste material chamber (9) and a fresh material chamber (12) are sequentially provided on the multi-degree-of-freedom platform from top to bottom. End portions of an upper conveyor belt (10) and a lower conveyor belt (11) at an outlet of the waste material chamber and an inlet of the fresh material chamber are connected to each other by means of the mining robot. Multiple fan-shaped mining regions (4) are correspondingly provided directly below the multi-degree-of-freedom platform. The mining robot operates in the fan-shaped mining regions. The mining operation system provides ballast when the mining robot unloads ore, and keeps the weight and buoyancy of the mining robot in balance. Multiple mining robots operate simultaneously without interfering with each other, thereby eliminating the need for an umbilical cable and an ore conveying hose, thereby adapting to dynamic changes of the mining riser in real time, and adapting to the real-time status of the mining robot when transfer is performed.
