A water passage system (100) of a water dispenser, a cooling tank assembly (10), a heating tank assembly (20), and the water dispenser. The water dispenser has a cleaning mode. The water passage system (100) comprises: the cooling tank assembly (10) configured to produce chilled water and comprising a cooling tank water inlet (101) and a cooling tank water outlet (102); the heating tank assembly (20) configured to produce hot water and comprising a heating tank water inlet (201) and a heating tank water outlet (202); and a water storage tank (30) comprising a water tank water inlet (303), a first water tank water outlet (304), a second water tank water outlet (305), a water return port (301), and a water discharge port (302). The water tank water inlet (303) is connected to a water source, the cooling tank water inlet (101) is connected to the first water tank water outlet (304), the heating tank water inlet (201) is connected to the second water tank water outlet (305), and the cooling tank water outlet (102) and the heating tank water outlet (202) are separately connected to the water return port (301). When the water dispenser is in the cleaning mode, water is discharged by means of the water discharge port (302) after circulating between the water storage tank (30) and the cooling tank assembly (10) and/or between the water storage tank (30) and the heating tank assembly (20).
