The invention relates to an orthogonal multi-chamber fiber composite material, a manufacturing method, and a film material. An orthogonal structural element includes a shell containing structural panels and two chambers formed between structural panels, with the chamber walls located between each two adjacent chambers and perpendicular to the structural panels; the shell and chamber walls are made of carbon fiber material or fiberglass material; each chamber is provided with a foam core; and structural panels, chambers, chamber walls and cores are combined in the process of thermal molding of fiber material and foam. The production process includes the stages of preparing preformed rod bodies, performing die casting on preformed rod bodies, and integral formation of the fiber shell and core structure. An orthogonal structural element in a multi-chamber fiber composite material has the technical effects of high strength, low weight, good stability, high applicability.
