Disclosed are a mortise and tenon joint process and device for the bottom surfaces of anti-stress deformation solid wood floor heating floorboards, comprising the following steps: first, performing piece inspection and classification on wood board blanks, wherein wood board blanks having a water-containing rate of 12-15% are A1 floorboard blanks, and wood board blanks having a water-containing rate of less than 12% are B1 tenon blanks; then, successively performing low-temperature heat treating and mortise formation on the A1 floorboard blanks, while simultaneously successively performing low-temperature heat treating and saw cutting and shaping on the B1 tenon blanks to obtain A2 floorboard blanks and B2 tenons; then, respectively inserting the B2 tenons into each mortise on the A2 floorboard blanks to obtain C1 floorboard blanks; and then completing post-processing on the C1 floorboard blanks to obtain finished floorboards. The present invention may effectively improve the mortise forming efficiency of the floorboards and the connection stability of the floorboards after the tenons are inserted.
