A method for measuring the nuchal translucency thickness of a fetus, comprising: acquiring an ultrasonic image at least containing the nuchal translucency of a fetus (S100); identifying a first distribution area of the nuchal translucency in the ultrasound image by means of a convolutional neural network model (S200); in a gradient manner, segmenting, from the first distribution area (600) of the nuchal translucency, a second distribution area (700) containing the nuchal translucency, the identification precision of the second distribution area (700) being greater than the identification precision of the first distribution area (600); and traversing pixel units in the second distribution area (700) to acquire a maximum width value of the second distribution area (700) in the width direction (S400). Also disclosed are an ultrasonic device and a storage medium. The present invention realizes automatic measurement of the nuchal translucency thickness, has high accuracy, and greatly improves the working efficiency of a doctor.
