Disclosed is a function-switching-based position-sensorless control method and system for a direct-current magnetism-regulating memory machine. The method comprises: step I: during normal operation of a direct-current magnetism-regulating memory machine, collecting an induced voltage uf of a magnetism-regulating winding, and extracting an induced electromotive force ef of the magnetism-regulating winding by means of an electromotive force observer; step II: calculating and obtaining, according to the induced electromotive force ef of the magnetism-regulating winding, an electrical angle observed value (a) and an electrical angular velocity observed value (b) by means of a position/velocity observer, and carrying out vector control on the direct-current magnetism-regulating memory machine according to the electrical angle observed value (a) and the electrical angular velocity observed value (b) so as to realize a position observation function of the magnetism-regulating winding; and step III: when a permanent magnet magnetization state of the direct-current magnetism-regulating memory machine needs to be adjusted, generating, according to the electrical angular velocity observed value (b), a drive signal by means of a magnetization state controller to drive the magnetism-regulating winding to generate a magnetism-regulating magnetomotive force, so as to adjust the permanent magnet magnetization state, thereby realizing a magnetism-regulating function of the magnetism-regulating winding. By means of the solution, the usage efficiency of a magnetism-regulating winding can be improved.
