The present application provides an intelligent shooting device and a biometric recognition-based scene generation method thereof, wherein the intelligent shooting device acquires biometric information of a target object, recognizes emotion change information of the target object according to the biometric information, obtains a corresponding scene control strategy according to the emotion change information, and generates a shooting scene matching with the emotion change information according to the scene control strategy. The present application can perform a comprehensive emotion analysis of the target object by fully utilizing various biometric information of a human body to obtain the correct emotion change information, and adjust the shooting scene to be completely matched with the emotion change information, thereby improving user experience.
