摘要

Disclosed are a halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene material for electrical contact parts of electric vehicles in accordance with GB17761-2018 and an injection molding process therefor. The material is composed of the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 87-95 parts of a polypropylene, 15-25 parts of a polypropylene elastomer, 10-40 parts of a flame retardant and aging resistant filler, and 0.1-0.7 parts of a foaming agent. The material makes full use of the superior lightweight and water resistance performance of the polypropylene, on the basis of being in accordance with the flame-retardant performance standard of GB17761-2018. Compared to existing polypropylene materials, the material has a high melt flow rate, a low raw material cost, and a simple process.
