The invention belongs to the technical field of building structures for ocean platforms, and relates to a self-resetting jacket ocean platform structure system based on built-in swing column. The system comprises an ocean platform, a rigid chain pole, a spring, a swing column, a spherical hinged support, a tuned mass damper, and a metal damper. The bottom end of the ocean platform is fixed on the foundation; the swing column is arranged in the center position of the interior of a jacket, and is hinged on the seabed foundation by the spherical hinged support. The swing column adopts a novel casing structure system, and a viscoelastic damping material is filled between an inner column and an outer tube. A tuned mass damper is arranged at the top end of the column. A rigid pull rod or a spring is connected with the swing column and the ocean platform, and is connected by means of a metal damper outside the swing column. The swing column of the system controls large displacement and large deformation of the ocean platform in all directions, so that the inter-layer deformation tends to be uniform. The ocean platform structure is stressed as a whole, thereby not causing the collapse of the entire ocean platform by local buckling failure and thus achieving good damping effect.
