This composite pipe includes: a pipe body; a covering layer that is formed of a resin material, that covers the outer circumference of the pipe body, and that is expandable in the axial direction of the pipe body; a porous resin layer (intermediate layer) that is formed of a resin material, that is disposed between the pipe body and the covering layer, and that is expandable in unison with the expansion of the covering layer; and a film layer (adhesion preventing layer) that is disposed between the pipe body and the porous resin layer (intermediate layer), and that prevents adhesion between the pipe body and the porous resin layer.
