The present invention relates to: a novel method for producing agarwood water which is good for the health and easy to drink; agarwood water produced thereby; and a method for producing an agarwood water beverage using same. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing agarwood water, the method characterized by comprising: (1) a step for cutting agarwood to produce pieces of agarwood; (2) a step for adding alcohol to the pieces of agarwood produced in step (1), and thereby extracting the active ingredient of agarwood; (3) a step for obtaining an agarwood extract by removing solids from the solution into which the agarwood active ingredient has been extracted in step (2); (4) a step for adding purified water and lecithin to the agarwood extract obtained in step (3), and stirring the same; and (5) a step for removing alcohol from the stirred liquid obtained in step (4). Also provided are agarwood water produced by the method, a method for producing an agarwood water beverage using the agarwood water, and an agarwood water beverage.
