Worsening of the symptoms of a patient is prevented.　A support staff terminal (3-n) comprises: a display unit (32) that displays previously prepared messages useful for the treatment of a patient such that a message can be selected, when it is announced via a network that the patient has started training for the treatment using a patient terminal; and a terminal control unit (34) that displays on the patient terminal, via the network, the message selected by the support staff of the patient as a message from the support staff, from among the messages displayed on the display unit (32).
