ANR Method and Apparatus for Executing Automatic Neighbor Relation in a Small Cell

Provided is a method for performing automatic neighbor relation (ANR) in a small cell, which is capable of providing an optimal quality of service (QoS) to a user. According to the present invention, the method for performing ANR in a small cell comprises the steps of: checking whether an A4 measurement report is received from a terminal served by the small cell; delaying processing of the A4 measurement report until an A2 measurement report is received from the terminal when it is determined that the A4 measurement report is received from the terminal; and resuming processing of the A4 measurement report in response to receiving the A2 measurement report from the terminal. The step of resuming processing of the A4 measurement report comprises the steps of: receiving a cell global identifier (CGI) measurement report from the terminal; and updating information about a neighbor relation table (NRT) based on the CGI measurement report.
