The present invention relates to a cicada larva breeding device. The present invention provides a cicada larva breeding device and a breeding method using the same. The cicada larva breeding device is provided with a multi-layer shelf (200) for storing cicada larva cages (100), and a lifting device (300), which can be attached to and detachable from the shelf (200), for lifting up and down the slug cages (100), wherein a centrifugal cicada larva sorter (400) is installed at the bottom of the lifting device (300).
