According to the present invention, provided is a radiation detection method using a CZT sensor. The radiation detection method using the CZT sensor provided by the present invention relates to the radiation detection method using a co-planar grid type cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) sensor comprising: a step of receiving a first anode signal which is a receiving electrode signal of a co-planar grid anode, a second anode signal which is a non-receiving electrode signal of the co-planar grid anode, and a cathode signal of the co-planar grid cathode from a radiation-radiated CZT sensor; a step of generating a correction signal for correcting the subtraction signal on the basis of a subtraction signal representing a difference between the first anode signal and the second anode signal and the cathode signal; and a step of detecting the radiation on the basis of the correction signal and the cathode signal. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of achieving excellent energy resolution.
