CCTV DISASTER-PREVENTING MONITORING CAMERA FOR MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM OF BLOCKCHAIN ENCRYPTED IMAGE STORING CCTV MONITORING DEVICE WITH 4-DIMENSIONAL MATRIX HASH FUNCTION USING QUANTUM KEY
The present invention relates to a CCTV disaster-preventing monitoring camera comprising a quantum mainboard which receives quantum random numbers from a quantum random number generator to generate a symmetric encryption key, and encrypts the symmetric encryption key by using pseudo random numbers generated by a pseudo random number generator, thereby generating an asymmetric encryption key. More specifically, the quantum mainboard receives quantum random numbers from a quantum random number generator to generate a symmetric encryption key, (x, y, z, T) 4-dimensional matrix function including a T dimension, a time dimension. The quantum mainboard generates an X coordinate value in the hash function with a data value encrypted from MAC address data by a symmetric encryption key through the pseudo random number generator. In addition, the quantum mainboard generates a Y coordinate value in the hash function with a data value encrypted from PUF PIN data by a symmetric encryption key through the pseudo random number generator. When receiving normal, cautious, alarming, fire and fire and early fire event data from an early fire monitoring CCTV monitoring camera, the quantum mainboard generates a Z coordinate value in the hash function with a data value encrypted from early fire event data by a symmetric encryption key through the pseudo random number generator and generates a T coordinate value in the hash function with a data value encrypted from TIME data by a symmetric encryption key through the pseudo random number generator.
