A washer fluid injection method and apparatus are provided. According to the present invention, the provided washer fluid injection apparatus comprises: a body control module (BCM) for receiving a washer fluid operation signal according to whether washer fluid is operated; a parrying washer fluid (PWF) for generating an MUX control signal according to the washer fluid operation signal received from the BCM; and an MUX which receives the MUX control signal from the PWF and controls an inlet motor according to the received MUX control signal to convert an outside air state and inside air state of a vehicle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
