The present invention relates to a transgenic mouse for aglycosylated antibody production and a use of the aglycosylated antibody produced therefrom. The transgenic mouse of the present invention can be used to easily produce aglycosylated antibodies to various target antigens, and the aglycosylated antibodies thus produced can precisely detect glycoprotein biomarkers, thus achieving the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
