The present invention relates to a user-customized electric fan using human body heat capacity, an electric fan control method using the same and a computer-readable recording medium. According to the present invention, the user-customized electric fan control method comprises the steps of: allowing a user-customized electric fan to receive human body information including the height, weight and sex of the user and environment information including the body surface temperature of the user; calculating the body surface area of the user using the human body information and calculating the human body heat capacity of the user using the human body information; calculating the target body temperature variation for the user using the environment information; calculating a first heat loss amount according to radiant heat and evaporation heat of the human body of a set user and a second heat loss amount according to the air volume of the electric fan using the target body temperature variation and the human body heat capacity; and generating a motor speed control signal of the electric fan corresponding to the second heat loss amount which controls the drive of the electric fans motor according to the generated motor speed control signal. The present invention can control the air volume of the electric fan based on the human body heat capacity of the user to increase cooling efficiency and reduce power consumption.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
